A musical fairytale told in German

A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens

After the story of the birth of Jesus, Charles Dickens' Christmas tale is probably the most popular classic of the Advent season. On Christmas Eve of all days, the old miser Scrooge is visited by four ghosts, eventually rediscovering his humanity. The 1843 novella remains timeless and relevant to this day. Dickens' classic is evocative of altruism and empathy in a time of egocentricity, "Me-Inc." and iPhones, making it the perfect match for the Christmas period.
