J.K. Rowling’s successful series of novels on Harry Potter not only fascinated a whole generation around the world. In its eight-part Hollywood Blockbuster version it made the hearts of cinemagoers leap. In May the first part of the cinematic saga “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” – one of the biggest box-office successes in history – will be playing on big screen and in orchestral accompaniment for the first time in Zurich. In Hallenstadion Zurich fans will experience Harry’s first venturesome year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and see him master eerie passages, moving staircases and Quidditch Tournaments on his magic broom. Strong emotions are guaranteed by the live music provided by 21st Century Orchestra under Ludwig Wicki. A unique live experience!
