The industry association of professional Swiss concert, show and festival organisers SMPA, of which we are also a member, as well as various important members of the Swiss event and entertainment scene have discussed the situation and together they reaffirm their willingness to refund all tickets for cancelled events. In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, we as the organisers cannot be held liable for the cancellation of performances for reasons of force majeure, but we will nevertheless endeavour to refund all ticket values.

In view of the large number of cancelled events, the majority of the expenses incurred in connection with the return of tickets will be deducted as a lump sum of CHF 5.00 per ticket with the new official regulations coming into force. Cancellations as well as postponements mean a massive additional expense for all parties involved, and this in the event of a total loss of revenue.  

Our ticketing partner Ticketcorner expects several months until all refunds can be processed, even with the help of external service providers and additional staff. The deduction of CHF 5.00 per ticket should be acceptable for everyone and also be a sign of solidarity with our industry, which is very much affected by the whole situation.

We understand the measures taken by the Swiss Confederation to stem the spread of the coronavirus, although we very much regret the cancellation of all events until the end of April.

Refund of ticket purchase "at a ticket outlet"
Please return the original tickets to the ticket outlet where the tickets were purchased. Due to the current situation, many ticket outlets are temporarily closed. For this reason, tickets purchased at a ticket outlet can also be refunded over the specified period. Please try to return the tickets to your ticket office as soon as possible after it reopens.
